*On the 18th Phuong, Kasey, and I are going to Xalapa and we are going to teach Proverbs 31 to the women there. This is Kasey and I's first time to teach women and I am a little nerves and excited at the same time. Phuong is going to lead us through how to prepare a lesson and translate it for us while we are teaching. This will be a great experience.

*We are taking Spanish classes 5 days a week now and I can already see the difference. Kasey and I need to be diligent to study and we need courage to use it with the natives.

*There is a girl named Abby who I was able to get to know this past week. She is 20, she speaks English,and she is a Christian. This Saturday we are going to hang out and I hope to build a stranger relationship with her and encourage her in any way that I can.

*I have 20 more days here in Mexico, the time has gone by so fast. Please pray that I will be faithful with the time that remains.

Praise: Kasey is coming today! It will be great to have her on our team!

Request and Praise: My Spanish classes have not started yet, so please pray that they would start in the Lord's timing. But mean while, the Lord has brought some English speaking people into my life and I can invest in- it has been an unexpected blessing.

Request: The Lord is using the book "The Disciple of Grace" by Jerry Bridges as a great tool in my spiritual walk. Also, the times that I have been spending with my mentor Suzi have been a blessing. Please pray that the Lord is show me my sins, change my heart, and that I would walk in His grace and forgiveness. The Gospel is not only from the unbeliever, but for the believer and I need to meditate on it ever day!
